The Division of Youth and Family Services  (DYFS)

DYFS is the regulatory agency for licensing child care centers in the state of New Jersey. If you have any concerns about child neglect or abuse in a center, call the Institutional Abuse Unit of DYFS at 800-215-6853. You may remain anonymous or ask that the call be confidential. For other concerns regarding a child care center you can call The Bureau of Licensing at (609) 292-1021.
