Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life:

Ensure the safety, well-being and success of New Jersey’s families.

The Department of Children and Families is offering another round of the “Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life” training for Morris and Sussex Counties community partners.

The Protective Factors Framework applies to everyone; you, me, and the families we all seek to serve.  It is a strengths-based approach that builds on “what is right” rather than “what is wrong” with families.

It will take all of us to ensure the safety, well-being and success of New Jersey’s children and families.

Early childhood, child welfare providers and workforce development workers can help to form the circle of support.  We cannot achieve our mission on our own.  We need your help to ensure the safety, well-being and success of New Jersey’s families.

After the attendees complete this training they will be prepared to use the Protective Factors Framework in their everyday work with families and while teaming up with their community partners as you serve families that you have in common together.

Register here for the two-day training session on Tuesday, April 25th & Wednesday, April 26th
