FY1605-Emergency Preparedness

This workshop imparts child care providers with the knowledge to prevent, protect, recover, and respond to inside and outside emergencies. Using lecture, discussion, and individual/group activities you will be able to identify potential emergencies and the actions to take when faced with an emergency. Life safety, communication, efficiency, as well as roles & responsibilities, are the critical components to enhancing the security and preparedness of your faculty and protecting the children you serve. Given a post test, participants will be able to complete 15-20 questions correctly at the conclusion of this training. There are no prerequisites required for this training (.2CEUs)
